Yesterday some strange, dark clouds rolled in...
They blew and even threw hail at us, but with the Lord, and family by my side, all was well!
Even though branches came down, power went out for a few seconds and our big swing got stuck in the tree, all was safe and dry inside.

It started hailing and kept on doing so for about 5 minutes!
Our swing was blown up onto another tree.
But my brother got it down with a big PVC pipe!

Oh my lands! That is some weather! Its nice and sunny here, but oh do I love the smell of rain! It reminds me of new beginnings:D That is some big hail! We have never had hail that big before!

DeleteLooks like you had quite the storm! We had a lightning storm Saturday night, a rain storm all day yesterday, and a snow storm last night; some of the area around us had hail, but thankfully we missed out on that part of the fun :).
ReplyDeleteHello Bethany! It sounds like you had weather basically the same as we did. The day after the hail storm it snowed, now today it is in the mid 70's! Goodness, isn't weather strange? ;)
DeleteYikes! So much for Spring... :( The hail is incredible!! We once had so much hail (it was about the size of a golf ball!), that it almost ruined the car... Haha! I hope you don't have hail anymore and that the snow melt away completely!!

I think that Spring is finally here! Today is nice and warm and on the days when it is a little colder all you have to do is pretend! ;) Haha! Wow! I would have loved to see a picture of your golf ball- I mean hail. ;) :D
