Sunset in the wild west

October 17, 2014

Autumn is here everyone! The leaves that are colorful, fields that are being harvested, and the sun that has been setting waayyy to early have been great reminders for me that Autumn is really at our doors. It has been such a beautiful welcome to the new season, that I'm trying to hold onto it so I don't have to go into the next..winter.

You know it's fall when... ladybugs come in billions, trying to get inside. And, when you start eating things like apple caramel candy corn. (By the way...that is really good!) When school starts getting into the full-swing of things. Then, just when you are getting used to a schedule, you have to switch all over again because of time change!
Fall is here!

I've been really enjoying the magical change of seasons. The red, orange, and yellow leaves combined with the darkened clouds makes me want to cuddle up with a blanket, book, and cup of tea.

 What have you been reading?
Do you like Autumn, or Summer better?

  1. Autumn is my favorite season. The only reason I don't like it is because it's the season before winter! :} (That's my least favorite season :-/)

    1. Yeah, it is really pretty! Summer has way more activities to do though. :) Where you live do you get a lot of snow, or is it just mostly cold and dull? We get loads of snow.. and cold...and dull... ;)

  2. Yes, recently I have just been ADORING autumn. It's so beautiful, and if I dare say, almost more beautiful than summer. I think the setting sun and the changing of colors is what really makes it such a picturesque season. Love those pictures, you're such a good photographer! Yeah, winter isn't my favorite, but one nice thing about winter is Christmas and snow days when you're off from school :) lol

Well, I'm sure Autumn is your favorite month, Autumn. ;) Yes..I agree, it cozier than Summer is, but I love going to parks, bare feet, short sleeves, hot days, swimming, gardening..haha. :D Aww, thanks, I took them with my sister's camera and I didn't even edit them. I so dislike editing photos...lol! Oh yeah, snow days are awesome!

    1. Well, thank you Emily! You are so sweet. :) It is too bad you don't live around here, I barely got any of the beauty on my blog. It has already slipped away and everything is now looking dead.. :( Wow, I am very blessed to live in the country. Can you even see stars?!
