It's Thanksgiving!

November 27, 2014

I highly doubt that you have forgotten this...but, if you have, I just wanted to remind you.

Today is Thanksgiving!!!
I pray you all have a blessed Thanksgiving stuffing yourself!

What are you doing for Thanksgiving?
What is your favorite part of Thanksgiving?
Do you travel, or stay in the comfort of your home eating your favorite dessert?

  1. Happy Thanksgiving! We had a nice dinner at home and made a video where each of us said what we were thankful for. We also listened to a recording from a previous year.

    1. That sounds like so much fun! We recently watched old videos of when my siblings and I were younger...oh the embarrassing things I said. ;)

  2. I traveled this Thanksgiving to visit my relatives. My favorite part is probably eating (of course;) ) and spending time with my family. :)
I'm also having a Thanksgiving meal tomorrow at home. What do you do on Thanksgiving?

    1. I love traveling! Seeing family members that you haven't seen in forever, getting a little dressed up, driving with food in the car....ah, I love holiday traveling. ;) Oh, lucky, two Thanksgivings! :D Well, we ate, broke out Wii sports and tried to burn off a few calories there... ;) , I read some, and just rested. It was a very nice, relaxing day. :)

  4. Happy Thanksgiving too ♥ Well, usually we just sit back and relax (whilst I scribble [well, literally I type but scribble sounds more poetic] away trying to get somewhere on my latest novel. But today we went and visited some church friends and had one yummy Thanksgiving meal and lots of fun. What do you do for Thanksgiving? :D

    1. Ohh, you sound so poetic! Does your Mom do all of the cooking? We stayed home, cooked, had my grandpa and great grandma over. I read a book, relaxed, and in the evening we broke out the Wii sports game and had a blast. :D

    2. hehe, poetic may not be the word I would use. :)
Nahh, not usually. This year some of the other ladies from the church did all of the cooking.
Sounds like you all had a lot of fun ;)
      Do you celebrate Christmas?

  5. Hey! My one favorite part of Thanksgiving is the food :) especially our traditional chocolate pudding pie :) And the other thing I love about Thanksgiving is that we always decorate for Christmas after our company leaves. Thanksgiving is the holiday that we have the most traditions. I love it!!

  6. Happy LATE Thanksgiving! Mom, Dad, and I cooked a delicious Thanksgiving dinner, which our family thoroughly enjoyed. We did all the baking over at my brothers because our oven decided to take a break ;) But we had a great time.
Two of my favorite things to do during Thanksgiving are watch a movie with my parents and brothers, and go Black Friday shopping :) Oh, and I love to eat the delicious food :)
