ReplyDeleteAnd thoughts on snow--if it has to be cold, there may as well be some, and Christmas doesn't seem quite Christmas without it. And do you remember going to bed as a little kid, then waking to a wonderland?! It always seemed to come overnight...snow is so magical.

generally I hate it. but that's the grown up in me bc it causes work and stress and road problems and its cold..but the kid in me still loves sledding and snow ball fights and fresh layers of it. so yeah :P

okay, so this morning I was doing math and the problem said "solve for x" and I did the problem, checked the answer, saw it was wrong, and stared at the problem for a full minute before I realized I'd solved for 'b' instead. I started cracking up and my mom asked, "are you crying?!?" bc apparently I looked like I was but I was just laughing at myself. So I think that counts as two funny moments xD

Because we don't get much snow, and when we do it's wet and sloppy, we get stuck home from even a few inches! And, I sure can get cabin fever. My thoughts on snow, um... we don't get a lot where I live. I like it, but probably not for too long of a time? It'd be great to have a white Christmas again, tho. ;)
Funny or awkward things? Well, my grandparents came to visit and they stayed in mine and my sister's room, so I was sleeping on the floor in my other sisters' room. ;P One night, my 6-year-old sister and I kept tossing her giant pink bunny back and forth between ourselves... and it just struck me funny for some reason, and I laughed myself to tears. xP Why it was so funny... ? Maybe just seeing that huge bunny lunge through the air. xD
